While I cannot control the shipping time or delivery of your package, I do provide tracking information for you to file a claim with USPS or UPS. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact me within 24 hours with photos of both the item and packaging.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled unless I choose to do so for specific reasons.
