Bought June 12th, June 18th received update that I could cancel and refund due to family illness since turnaround time would go from 4 to 6 weeks to 5 to 7 weeks. I waited. Label created July 12th. Emailed July 12th shipping label was only being printed and it would be dropped off Tuesday after Karissa's trip. Item shipped July 17th, arrived July 19th to northern california. Item shipped in brown cardboard box with shell tissue paper. Cups shipped in wine bottle bubble wrap. Straw and lid detached off. Handwritten note as a thank you for the multiple orders and an offer to help screw on the brumate lid if I got confused. Faster than expected turnaround, excellent communication, would purchase from again. Perfect transaction!

I inquired about a beach Stanley. She did one for me. It was so amazing after she posted pictures then she was flooded with orders. So happy with my purchase and her custom design. The beach is my serenity and she made that come true with my Stanley.
Never underestimate the quality of Karissa’s work! The epoxy is smooth as glass and the colors of inks used are vibrant! Karissa did a great job of marrying the colors of the inks to the glitter used on the base! This is a top tiered product and will definitely buy from her again!

Bought April 28th, emailed by Karissa on May 3rd about wanting sand dollar and turtles added on, emailed back Sunday May 5th that I did, received May 10th to northern california. Item was wrapped in tissue paper and sent in secure wine bubble wrap. Colors were as pictured. Item even had a handwritten thank you card. Colors wer3 vibrant and painted prettier than I imagined. I can easily recommend Karissa and her work. Item arrived way ahead of schedule, packed securely with lots of care and just beautiful work. Awesome customer service too! She responded quickly to any emails.

Karissa is such a skilled, talented artist and there’s not much she cannot do or won’t try. You can give her your vision and she will bring it to life. My sitting room has a blue feature wall and this vase will sit pride of place on my table with my new monthly flower subscription so I can show it off to all who visit. It’s a BEAUTIFUL cup!!! I’m disappointed that she forgot to add my name like we emailed about especially considering it took longer than anticipated to receive the cup. But since there wasn’t an extra charge to add my name I guess I can’t complain too much.
