Bought June 12th, June 18th received update that I could cancel and refund due to family illness since turnaround time would go from 4 to 6 weeks to 5 to 7 weeks. I waited. Label created July 12th. Emailed July 12th shipping label was only being printed and it would be dropped off Tuesday after Karissa's trip. Item shipped July 17th, arrived July 19th to northern california. Item shipped in brown cardboard box with shell tissue paper. Cups shipped in wine bottle bubble wrap. Straw and lid detached off. Handwritten note as a thank you for the multiple orders and an offer to help screw on the brumate lid if I got confused. Faster than expected turnaround, excellent communication, would purchase from again. Perfect transaction!

It’s a BEAUTIFUL cup!!! I’m disappointed that she forgot to add my name like we emailed about especially considering it took longer than anticipated to receive the cup. But since there wasn’t an extra charge to add my name I guess I can’t complain too much.
