Custom Tumbler Order

To create your own unique tumbler, send me a message to discuss your ideas! Once we have a design in mind, I'll guide you to add it to your cart with a note mentioning your specific vision.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING!

Please note that the current processing times for tumblers are 4-6 weeks. Although we do our best to ship orders out sooner, we kindly ask that you allow the full processing time for shipping.

Double check the spelling of any names, as changes cannot be made to your order once it is placed. Please make sure the shipping address and personalization are accurate before making your purchase! By purchasing one of our products, you are indicating your understanding of this policy.

While I cannot control the shipping time or delivery of your package, I do provide tracking information for you to file a claim with USPS or UPS. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact me within 24 hours with photos of both the item and packaging.

Please handle this handmade product with care and follow the guidelines of hand washing only and avoiding extreme temperatures.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled unless I choose to do so for specific reasons.
